Painted steel and mirror polished stainless steel,
20m high.
The reflective, mirror finished stainless steel panels rock in the
wind and dance light patterns on the roof of the museum. The panels
also rotate as a wind vane. The antennae at the top sway gently in
rhythm with the winds whim. The piece incorporates special lighting
and symbolizes developing communication technology
