The all-season fountain is a forest of stainless steel tubes standing in a rushing river. The water is pumped from the St. Clair River and splashed back through the rocks. The fish appear to flicker and move as you pass by on foot or in your car. The fountain was funded by the MacPherson Family as a memorial to their father.
